The location near the harbor proved convenient. The room provided a view of the water.. this was appreciable.
Breakfast felt repetitive. The same items was each day. I found the cost for decaf coffee excessive. The hotel charged $5.50.

I appreciated the plentiful sunlight present in the room. A Bluetooth speaker/clock was available too. The air-conditioning was strong.
The bathroom floor was not mopped during the entire stay. The carpet received no vacuuming at all. Items such as shower gel were not replaced on several occasions.
